Uwingabire Laetitia

Laetitia Uwingabire is a passionate youth trainer and facilitator specializing in entrepreneurship, employability, and financial literacy. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Studies (Finance) from Kigali Independent University (ULK) and is a certified trainer under the Achieve and Work Ready Now programs by Akazi Kanoze Access and Prince’s Trust International. Laetitia has extensive experience empowering young people across Rwanda through training, coaching, and mentorship—helping them develop business skills, access finance, and launch sustainable enterprises. She joined RWAMREC in 2025 as the Shora Neza Field Coordinator and currently serves in this role. She is also a committee member of the National Youth Council in Gasabo District, where she leads the Economic Commission.
