Chair of the Conflict & Resolution Committee
Educated in Law (Bachelor's) and Social Sciences in Gender and Development (Master's), with 24 years of experience in program management in international, regional, and national development programs, particularly in Inclusive Governance, Democratic Governance, Human Rights, Poverty Reduction, and Media Development. Above all, I am known as a passionate advocate for gender and disability inclusion. Currently, Clement works at UNDP as the National Coordinator for Inclusive Governance. Over the past two decades, I have worked in various capacities in Embassies and International Non-Governmental Organizations in Rwanda and beyond. Additionally, I currently serve as the Chair of the Conflict Resolution Committee at RWAMREC.
