Benjamin Ifashabayo

IFASHABAYO Benjamin is a dedicated social development professional currently serving as a Field Officer for the Bandebereho program at the Rwanda Men’s Resource Centre (RWAMREC) since 2023. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Rwanda (2020) and has recently completed the requirements for a master’s degree in Sociology with a focus on Gender Equality from the University of Muhammadiyah Malang in Indonesia. Before joining RWAMREC, Benjamin worked with World Relief from June 2020 to February 2023, where he gained extensive experience in community development, social mobilization, and program implementation aimed at promoting family resilience and social well-being. His professional journey reflects a strong commitment to advancing gender equality, strengthening community engagement, and contributing to inclusive social transformation in Rwanda.
