Amon Mwumvaneza

Amon Mwumvaneza is a Rwandan development professional with over ten years of experience in nutrition, agriculture, and gender equality. He specializes in applying the Market Systems Development (MSD) approach to promote inclusive and sustainable livelihoods. Through his work with organizations such as Catholic Relief Services (CRS), Plan International, and RWAMREC, Amon has advanced gender-transformative and market-driven solutions that empower women, men, and youth to improve food security, nutrition, and income—contributing to Rwanda’s progress toward the Sustainable Development Goals. In 2025, he joined RWAMREC as Field Coordinator for the Shora Neza Program.
