Théogène Ruhiso Gatunge currently serves as an Assets Declaration and Verification Specialist at the Office of the Ombudsman, a position he has held since 2007. He holds a Master's degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Transformation from the University of Rwanda, a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development (I.L.P.D), and a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from Kigali Independent University "Université Libre de Kigali" (ULK).
Fluent in French and English, with a working knowledge of Kiswahili, Théogène Ruhiso Gatunge is a dedicated professional with over 16 years of experience in preventing and addressing injustice, corruption, and related offenses in both public and private entities. As a co-founder of RWAMREC, he currently serves as a Board Member in charge of Treasury. His approach to problem-solving is rooted in dialogue and mutual understanding, reflecting his commitment to finding sustainable solutions.
