Lucie NZARAMBA is a holder of a master’s degree in development studies and a bachelor’s degree in sociology. She has different professional certificates including mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS), mediation, conflict management, and gender. She worked in public institutions as well as in civil society organizations and has occupied different positions in management and leadership. Competent in project management with more than 10 years of experience in coordination and supervision of programs with a focus on societal healing and peacebuilding, gender, good governance, advocacy, and team building. Experienced in monitoring and evaluation as well as networking with different stakeholders. Lucie can perform a variety of specialized tasks including support to designing, planning, and implementing different program activities.
By fulfilling various community roles mostly in consultative and advisory councils, Lucie played a remarkable role in promoting the social development of people. Lucie participated in different national and international conferences and advocated for the promotion of peacebuilding support initiatives in post-conflict societies and for gender equality.
Conclusively, Lucie is familiar with demonstrated organization, listening skills, and ability to prioritize multiple and complex tasks with conflicting deadlines while working independently as well as performing as a team member.
