Jean-Paul works as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at RWAMREC and is now responsible for the Bandebereho Scale-Up project. He is a monitoring and evaluation professional with over 10 years of experience in data management, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting, as well as management and development of performance indicators. Jean-Paul has experience working with local and international NGOs and mainly has worked with World Vision Rwanda in various Area Development Programs (ADPs), Educational Development Trust (EDT) in the Building Learning Foundations project, Educational Development Center (EDC) in partnership with Health Poverty Action (HPA) and Catholic Relief Services (CRS) to implement the Akazi Kanoze 2 project and the Saving and Internal Lending Community (SILC) project, and SOS Rwanda in implementation of Kura Umenye project. He holds a Master's degree in Economics from the Kigali Independent University, a Bachelor's degree in Applied Statistics from the former National University of Rwanda, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from Mahatma Gandhi University, Meghalaya, India. His native language is Kinyarwanda and he is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of French.
