Illuminee Ruganji

RUGANJI Illuminee holds a Bachelor’s degree in science of agri-business from the Institute of Agriculture, Technology and Education of KIBUNGO and the Professional certificate in Laboratory Technician, teaches community health, Sensibilization and analyzes lab exams. She has experience in community health for 7 years. Since she joined RWAMREC, she was trained in Child Protection Policy, and MenEngage Approach, policy analysis and imihigo planning and budgeting ; Result Based Management and Positive Discipline in Everyday Parenting (PDEP).
