Gatare Anderson is a highly skilled Project Management Expert with extensive experience in data and field management, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), socio-economic analysis, research design, and data analytics. Driven by a passion for socio-economic development, he is currently serving as the Field Coordinator for the Kataza program at RWAMREC.
Anderson is pursuing a Master of Science in Project Management at the University of Kigali and brings over five years of experience in data and field management, along with three years in monitoring and evaluation. He specializes in survey design, data collection, and statistical analysis using tools such as SPSS, PowerBI, Microsoft Project, KoboToolbox, ODK, and Excel, and is adept at research reporting.
His expertise extends to construction project management, having served as a Site Manager at Elysium Estate Group, where he oversaw construction planning and execution. Anderson also has considerable consultancy experience, having led mid-term, baseline, and end-line evaluations, and possesses a strong foundation in data analytics, policy analysis, and evaluation techniques.
