Ange Marie Y. Nyiransabimana

Ange Marie Yvette works as Field Officer in Bandebereho program/Burera sub office at RWAMREC. She is a passionate gender activist and feminist with devotion in promotion of Adolescent Girls and Young Women’s rights as well as Youth Leadership. Yvette holds bachelor’s degree in Governance and leadership acquired from the University of Rwanda 2019. Yvette served as the MenEngage Africa Youth Chairperson 2021-2023 and currently is a Girls Get Equal Ambassador in the ongoing GGE Campaign by Plan International. She has since 2020 worked with different NGO and INGO in the area of Youth Engagement, Gender and Men&boys engagement to achieve Gender Equality. She is an experienced trainer in Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights, Gender Transformative Approaches, Youth leadership Advocacy, Gender Based Violence prevention and response. She has a wide range of skills including Leadership, public speaking, debating, panel moderation and women&girls mentorship. At college, Ange Marie Yvette has been elected and served as Guild Minister in Charge of Production and Planning in the University of Rwanda Huye campus Student’s Union.
